Hi tracy, yes its been a while. All is good and after my 5k training ended, I did my first one on May 1st. It felt great to know that all the hard work paid off. I am still runnin, every other day but wished I have continued on with the 10k program but I will sign up for the next session. In the mean time, I am looking for another race to do to keep me motivated and focused. Thanks so much for checking on me!

Tracy, Congrats on registering for the Half! If you are like me having one goal race in mind will keep you motivated to train hard so you can do well.

How did you like that XTERRA race? I considered one in my area in July but I guess I got scared. Trails are tough.
