I've registered to ride in Ovarian Cycle's Ride to Change the Future to raise funds for ovarian cancer research!
This is close to home for me, because I lost a favorite aunt to ovarian cancer in 2010.
Check out my page - http://ovariancycle.kintera.org/birmingham/tlwbadbiker2013
- and help me reach my fundraising goal, or join me in Birmingham on February 24th!

Ran today - day 2! totally inspired by Ultra Runners. My goal for now is to run 3 miles. Up to 1.7 today - :)
I haven't spoken about my road running shoes in awhile. I went through a long transitional period of experimenting with minimalist shoes.

Guys! I have a race report I am dying to write, and this is the perfect excuse. And some of you may remember my race report from the Death Valley marathon in December of 2008. Well, guess what? We got married…Continue
