I agree as long as you are training- I believe it is all in how you control your breathing and keeping your electrolytes up.

I like to hear it. It takes a lot of drive and stamina to run a marathon. I still wonder if I can ever do it again. I'm not getting any younger!

Hello...nice to hear from you...we do have snow here, but it keeps melting, and snowing again...same as Michigan...there is still some on the ground. Have to run on the plowed roads, sidewalks are not well shovelled!!
