Krista Martien Scott replied to Kevin Green's discussion Did you run today?"Had a great brick workout Saturday. 13 miles on my bike (12.4 in 30 minutes then slow spin to 13) then jumped off, threw on my running shoes and ran 3 miles in 29:52 @ 9:54/mile pace. Felt great!"

Use to run at Stony all the time which I will still do, love it there, but it would be nice to get familiar with this area as well. Also, I run around a 10:30 - 11:00/mile, looking for people who run that pace, would love the company. If you know of anyone please have them send me a note!! Thanks!

Looks like everyone had a great time at the race! Hope to be there next year. Been a long recovery for my leg plus lost my motivation a little this winter but now I'm back at it.
