2010 Disney Marathon Weekend at Lake Buena Vista, Florida

Join Mickey and the gang as you run through the theme parks in Orlando, Florida. You can choose to run the half-marathon on Saturday, or the full on Sunday. And if you are "Goofy" enough, you can even run both!
I used to have regular long run buddies when I lived a couple of towns over, but I lost touch when I moved farther from the trail. Now my buddies are my podcasts, RRL, 4 Feet Running, Phedip, etc, etc..
my wife has tried various forms of exercise but has yet to find the one that clicks for her. She is starting to do some cycling and walking.
I just did 17 and it wasn't great form. I've gotten away from upper body training. Ugh. Help!
