I have high hopes for this year. I am going to register for the Detroit Half-Marathon and complete it. I also would like to run a 5K in under 30 this year. I also plan on doing a triathalon in the near future if I can get my swimming in check.

I can't find them listed anywhere. I will let you know if I find them. But if I find out that you were there and didn't say hi, I will be very put out. If you weren't you missed a very fun time. It was just disorganized enough to be fun.
Stephanie, This is what I know so far. It is at 10:00 Sunday morning September 20. It costs $5 to enter. The start is in front of the VFW Hall. The course is west down Mechanic to Washington, north to Burt Road to Keegan and back. It is mostly paved. There is also a 1 mile run for a dollar. There is more info on the poster and entry form at: http://emmettsday.blogspot.com/ See you there. - Jim
Tell her I said hi! My friend did the Port Huron run - he said it was good. I should have - I got wet in Mt. Morris. Are you doing the Almont run this Saturday?
