I'm a runner training for my 5th marathon, the San Diego Rock n' Roll Marathon. I host the running podcast, 4 Feet Running, with my husband Dan. We record ourselves on a short run somewhere in New England (mostly), we talk about our training, play some music, and have a few laughs.
