I am a third year physical therapy student running to keep myself occupied. Not that I don't have a lot of studying and homework, but I have been running for a loooong time so it's just something I like to do.

Seattle Rock 'N' Roll Marathon Report

Holy frick! - This is huge and full of photos (which I will upload to JF tomorrow). I c/p this from my other blogs.

MY FIRST MARATHON

I just wanted to write a quick blip just to announce how freaking excited I am that I was able to run in a great inaugural marathon with a bunch of (25,000) other runners! Race report and photos to come...

Thanks to Mike B and Todd (I'm not sure of his JF name just now) for meeting with Jaclyn (Jaclyn Krause) and I before the race and THANK YOU MIKE FOR THE MARS BAR!!!! Wait till you see those photos!

Today has been an excellent day for me, running wise. First off, I came home and not only did my Just Finish shirt come, but my Garmin 305 came (granted no one was here to sign for it so I won't actually get it til tomorrow)! Then I ran 5 excellent miles on the treadmill, which I was dreading all day...it's supposed to be warm by this weekend and I hate running on the treadmill. I am getting pretty excited for the 1/2 --- worried about pacing myself though. I usually start out fast, slow through the middle, and then pick it up the last couple miles. Not sure how htis will work for 13.1 though...
