About Me
I work way too much! On a serious note I really enjoy running but I've only had this new passion for about 6 months. I workout and run 5 day's a week now and I've found myself actually enjoying this healthier lifestyle.
Activities
I need to make time for some fun outdoor activities. I race mountain bikes on Team Sand Bag (www.teamsandbag.com). I enjoy running, working out and drinking beer/wine. I know not a good combination when we're talking about health & fitness.
Events you have Finished
I need to enter an event so I can eventually say that I have finished. Ok, since I race mountain bikes I've entered races but I need to push myself to do better when racing. I'm looking forward to entering a few 5k and 10k's in 2009.

Live a healthier lifestyle you need to consider doing a cleansing process

Running from Stress

Hello Just Finish community members, I'm alway's looking for new way's to train my body and mind so I thought this workout from Runner's World was pretty good so I'm sharing it with you.

Monday: Hard Speed Run
