Changed my lifestyle and eating habits in 2001. Lost 45lbs. Since then have continued to be active. Am interested in health, nutrition, and excercise.
Since 2001 have been a fitness runner. Been running trails the last 2 years. Got into ultra trailrunning last year. Am training for a triathlon this year plus some ultra events. Weight lifting 2-3 times/wk.
