They are a powerful anti-inflammatory so you may not know right away when something hurts which may lead to more soreness later?"

I have recently been prescribed steroids for crohns treatment. The last time I was on them I had not started running yet. Now, I find running is becoming very difficult, due to soreness that until now never occured before. Can this be attributed to the drugs,or perhaps something else?
