I'll be doing my run/walk thing tomorrow morning on the mountain bike trails at Stony Creek. I plan to be out there from 7 to noon, moving forward at a run 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes schedule.

Macomb Orchard Trail 50 at Richmond, MI

50 mile midnight fun run out and back (plus some) on the Macomb Orchard Trail. We'll start at 12:01 am on Saturday, June 26 in Richmond and follow the trail towards Rochester.
