Your invited to a planned run, Port Huron Oct. 27, 7:00am

- I'm sure you competed yesterday ... and did well? I think I saw Paul in the photo gallery of the Times Herald ... unless it was you ... Plugging away and going to re-start running in September, keeping the bike, conditioning and walking (with my sis) going! I'm hoping to get her running for the Turkey Trot!

- You're off to an awesome start for 2009 ... and hopefully past the breast cancer. You have to love modern technology ... it can detect things so much quicker than before ... and we can get them taken care of in good time. I had some plugs drilled a year or so ago ... better safe than sorry! Onward and upward!
