Did my first triathlon today (7/18/10). The Seafair Tri http://www.seafair.com/events/triathlon
A sprint event (800m swim, 12mi bike ride & 5k run). This will be the first of many.
Ran the Seattle Rock n Roll Marathon on Saturday. Slowly.
After my last marathon was a DNF, I'll take the 4:53:45. It gives me a good idea of my fitness level & lets me know what I have to work on (a lot of everything!).
