I did not think that the altitude would effect you much in Denver. Now... The Pikes Peak hill climb? Different story...

I did fine in the Denver marathon last weekend. A PR for me at 5:21. Great venue and beautiful day. My daughter and a friend ran the half and both of them did very well also. No altitude issues that were noticable.

We just put up Tom's fund raising page for Boston 2011 - so exciting! He'll be 59 when he crosses the finish line of his 2nd Boston! Woot We will have to find a way to have a Just Finish meetup this time.

Chicago 10-10-10 is now behind me and it's on to the Goofy Challenge so over 50 and still finishing is still intact.....

Hi Mary, I am going to Boston again. I was qualified last year as well but just couldn't justify the expense two years in a row. My son and I will share the trip and will both be running there. Not together though, he is a 2:49 marathoner.

I forgot to post that I'm over 50 and still finishing and finished the Tufts 10K taking 4 minutes off of my Harvard Pilgrim 10K in July - moving forward and so happy I'm running again.
