Mike, yes the bridge run was a lot of fun. Ran it with my son-in-law & the next day ran the St. Clair Shores 5k with my daughter. Fun Memorial Day weekend for sure.

Funny, Jim! Quite the present, though!

I am running Fans on the Field ( http://www.fansonthefield.com/ ) on the 10th - the 10k (with another 6 miles after) on 10/10/10.

I am running the Denver Inaugural RnR half-marathon on the 17th!

Looking forward to it!

well, interesting turn of events last week. i training for the marine corps marathon on 10/31 & the training is going good. earlier this years i lived in manhattan for five months while completing a project for time warner. last week i was back in the city for a meeting & the people at time warner presented me with a registration for the new york city marathon as a gift. wow!

bottom line...marine corps marathon - 10/31, new york marathon - 11/7, wake - 11/14 (according to my oldest daughter)...PSYCHED & EXCITED!!! i WILL do this!

This is pat brown,I just ran the Disneyland Half marathon in Ca.I finished But I was sick and told my self I was also going for the coast to coast for disneyland so I train to run this half marathon. So I got up and told my self I can do this.I want to finish 2.00 hours but finish in 3:14 because of being sick. But i got my finished medal and coast to coast medal and it make me feel great.I brought them home to GA and put them with my other medals. And i look at them and it just make me feel great.
Its hard to train by yourself but now I have to step it up to train for the WDW marathon.I'm only doing Mickey marathon 2011 and in 2012 I will race the Goofy race at WDW.Anyone running the marathon in 2011 atWDW

I sure am -- over 50 and still finishing -- a PR at Lexs Run 5K - 46:29 and I came in first in my age group - okay there was only one person - me in my age group but it still counts. Actually when you read my blog post you'll see that someone else on but today after results were posted, the race director told me I won! It was an incredible day.
