I plan on starting my 100 pushup challenge next Monday (Jan 24). I injured my left chest and arm muscle while playing soccer two weeks ago.

Judging by the amount of email I'm receiving at the moment, 100 Push-Ups is going to be a pretty popular "resolution" for 2010.

Just added the 100 Push Ups Day 1 Today. Did a total of 31 starting in the second column.

Gonna start this program on the 2nd. Treating a tibial sfx and upper body works outs is really all I can safely do for another several weeks. At least my off season won't be a complete loss.

Alright 100- push-up challengers. I've created this spreadsheet which lists all the workouts I've done and have left to do.

You can cut and paste it into your favorite spreadsheet to help you keep track. I color in each workout when I've completed it.

If the program works, I'll be doing 100 push-ups by the end of the year.

I'm with ya Perry. I keep restarting at week 4 because I take time off and don't want to struggle. I need to suck it up and just finish the damn push-ups.

I stalled at week 5 but can still manage ~70 pushups in one go.

There are 4 weeks to go 'til the end of the year. Restarting today to try and make it. Who's with me!!?
