I'm trying to finalize volunteers for the water stop at the Back to the Beach Half Marathon (5K/10K too)...please let me know if you'll be able to help. The event is Sunday, May 20th at Stony Creek Metropark and the Just Finish/Team Sandbag stop is used twice by the 5K, twice by the 10K and is the last stop for the half marathoners.

It sounds like a great time, but I'm not up to another 22 mile run yet. Perhaps next year after I get some serious miles under mile belt.

I believe it's 6am. Park on Sheldon Rd and you can sneak in earlier...

Run Woodstock here I come too! Which distance, Scott? I'm about 90% sure I'm doing the 50k.
