Erica, great time on your 1st 5K.
Liz, I think I hurt my pride more than anything else - I hope no one was watching. Or worse yet, taped it - hate to see myself on YouTube (LOL)!

My next race is a 5k on July 26th. I've been finding it hard to keep up with my training program lately as I started a new job. once I get a regular schedule (next week) I'll get back on track! Hope you didn't hurt yourself too much tonight...yikes!

Thanks, Liz. Hope you have doing well. Have you run any races recently? How did you do? Well, I was going to run this weekend, but I took a tumble running this evening. So, my next race will be in a couple of weeks.
