Obstacles! Gee, first a scratched cornea, then walking pneumonia ... what else will get in the way of progress? Taking off until Monday when the antibiotics are done and get back to work! Won't run on 5/9 as won't be in the shape I had hoped for, but have lost 4 1/2 lbs now ... know it might be some muscle ... but getting other things done in the meantime!

Guess the interest has really dropped off much faster then the weight. Been a few weeks since I updated but remembered to hop on the scale this morning and came in at 185.6 Looked back to the beginning and see I have come down a few pounds in the last 3 months.
