Just Finish!

Remember your sunscreen

Let my example be a lesson to you. If you are going to work out outside, wear your sunscreen. The photo is not for the fain of heart, mostly because I doubt any of you really want to see me with my shirt off.

I’m particularly fond of the stripe on my left arm from my iPod.

But here in Dallas due to the heat I'm up running at 6:00 AM and finished by 9...
Running in the very cool 80 degree morning weather.
