I take my supplements everyday! :) Multi-vitamin, calcium plus D or something and glucosamine...us older folk need to take care of our bones and joints! ;P

I take my supplements every day. Along with heart regimen aspirin, multis, omega-3 fatty acid fish oil, and prescribed meds. I call it my first breakfast!

Yes, I take my supplements every day, too. Lots of goodies! Baby aspirin, fish oil, glucosamine/chondroitin, multi-vitamin/mineral, C, endocrine supplement, anti-oxidants, glyconutrients, "green" drink...

I eat real food, too!

I take D3 supplements in the winter and a glass of oj every morning. I try to eat a fairly balanced diet and use the food pyramid, although this can be difficult given the fact I love icecream and candy. I'm a health science student and have realy attempted to make a turnaround as far as my health is concerned.

YES! I am trying to remember to take them most days. I just bought some vitamins for active women yesterday. I guess I will see if they make any difference in how I feel.

Vitamins, no. But I do have a protein shake every morning before my run.
