Another treadmill run: 10 miles at 8:00 pace. It was super hot in the gym which might come in handy if I actually make it down to Florida next month for that 50-miler!
Did the Red Nose Run 5K this AM- afficial time 42:07! It was ~17 degrees @ 8:30 AM - they don't call it the Red nose Run for nothing (LOL)! Besides the cold weather, it does support Ronald McDonalds Charities).
