12 miles on the WTA. It was a pretty nice morning, 40, a little fog, no wind. I am not sure how many good days are left. I fear there is a treadmill in my future, but will certainly enjoy it while it lasts.

6 easy miles at 8:56 today, it was summer again. Left calf had no pain so I think I will be ok.

22 mile run in the sun!
After the run my alternator died on theway to the gym.
I spent about 4 hours getting my truck back to the shop where I can work on it tomorrow.
I'm tired.

after going to bed insanely early last night woke up insanely early this morning...and had nothing to do...so i headed into san francisco to run along the waterfront in the dark. totally cool. loved it. pace was not stellar because i had to step carefully...as i couldn't see much. also...i was back in running shoes, that i seriously feel slowed me down. oh, well. gotta be careful with 4 weeks til santa barbara marathon.

Only a mile and a half around the track at the Y. That's all I had time for before heading to spin class.

3.72 miles round the hood...8:52/m pace; 33 minutes - 55*F, breezy...sticking to the plan! :)
