Yes, about 6.85 miles. Attempted to run the course for the Vulcan Run 10K this coming Saturday, but got a little off course (got caught by a train, but manage to overcome that). Time was 1:25:36. All in all, this was a great sunny, pleasant afternoon to run.
fastest 5 miler ever...and i did it in vff's! usually run 10:50-11:00 minute miles...primarily because of walk breaks. today blew off the walk breaks after the first mile (it was uphill!)...and just cruised on home at a 10:18 pace. loving the vff's more every time i wear them.
Ran Vulcan 10K this morning - 6.2 miles 1:29:40, 'unofficial' time - clock time; this was a chip-timed race, so I'm waiting on the official results to be posted.

7.13 miles down hines - 65*F with 16-25mph wind gusts - good thing the wind was at my back on the way back! :) overall 1:12:00 / 10:06/m pace. First longish run since the marathon...feeling good! :)
Yes I did! Today was kickoff day for my marathon training with Team In Training and I ran 1mi on the treadmill, 00:12:53 and then 1mi. on the bike. The plan is to be able to run 2 miles by the end of the week.
